HELP FOR UKRAINE

GS OSES(UR) Emergency Program for Ukrainian PhD Students and Early Career Researchers at the University Regensburg

We are offering up to four resident fellowships at the Graduate School for East and Southeast European Studies in Regensburg for doctoral candidates/early career researchers from Ukraine with a background in the Humanities, Social Sciences, or Law.

The fellowship holder should do research in East and Southeast European studies, especially on aspects of the history, cultures, literatures, languages, political systems or social issues of the region. She/he should have a conversational command of English or German.

Preference will be given to researchers who had to flee the country with their children.

Starting date: as soon as possible for a funding period of initially 4 months.

The fellowships are granted at a monthly rate of EUR 1,365 (plus EUR 103.- monthly material cost allowance), and if applicable a childcare allowance of 200 EUR monthly, with an additional 100 EUR for each subsequent child.
