Welcome Event for New Doctoral and Pre-Doctoral Researchers at the Graduate School for East and Southeast European Studies

On 8 May, the Graduate School for East and Southeast European Studies at the University of Regensburg will warmly welcome its new doctoral and pre-doctoral researchers. The 2025 cohort of early career researchers hails from Germany, China, Georgia, Italy, and Kosovo, and will be pursuing innovative research in the fields of Slavic Studies, Social Anthropology, and the History of Eastern and Southeastern Europe.

All members of the university and interested guests are cordially invited to attend the welcome event, which will be held in the presence of Professor Ursula Regener, Vice President for Internationalization and Diversity. The doctoral and pre-doctoral researchers will present their projects in short introductory talks, offering insights into their academic work.
